Thank you for choosing Outdwell for your shopping needs. Our commitment to providing exceptional customer service extends to our Return, Refunds and Exchanges Policy, designed to make your experience with us as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Before your order is shipped, we will personally inspect your item(s) and carefully pick and pack your purchase to ensure it leaves and is delivered in its original condition. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition, upon receiving, kindly contact us at outdwellclothing01@gmail.com.

Return Policy

We offer a 14 days return/ refund period from the date you receive your purchases for any of the following reasons:

• The item(s) received is faulty or damaged
• You have received the incorrect product(s)
• You have received the incorrect size

In the case that you need to return an item(s) please contact us at outdwellclothing01@gmail.com. The expense of postage for all returns will be at the customers own costs except for approved defects.

• Item(s) is returned within the 14 days of receiving
• Item(s) must be returned with all tags attached and in original condition and packaging
• Item(s) has not been worn, soiled, washed, altered or miss-handled in any shape of form

Sale items (if applicable)

All sales item(s) are final, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order item(s) are purchased BEFORE PRODUCTION, making them a committed order. Once a pre-order item is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please take note of each pre-order ending date and estimated shipping time before purchasing. Special seasonal pre-orders or custom orders may take longer to ship. To avoid delay in shipping of other pre-order item and ready to ship items, we recommend placing each pre-order sale in a separate order. All items placed in the same order are shipped together.

The estimated production time on all pre-order item(s) is 1-2 weeks from the date of placing the order, SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Do not place a pre-order if you need an item by a designated date, we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your designated date. Pre-order item can have production delays depending on the number of orders. By placing your pre-order, you agree to these terms and conditions as outlined herein. Please be aware that NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS, SIZE CHANGES, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES can be accommodated once your pre-order has been placed.
